- Can I use MCP or CLI integration for free?
- Free plans can read the last 30 days of minutes, tasks, notes, app usage percentages and input-time percentages. People records have no time limit. Reading original transcripts and detailed work logs, and removing the history time limit, require a paid plan.
- Do I need a paid plan to view original transcripts or detailed work logs in the app?
- No. You can view them manually in Reki note on a free plan. Letting an AI agent read original transcripts or detailed work logs through MCP or CLI requires a paid plan.
- Can I use my own API key?
- Yes, on every plan including Free. Use a Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq or NVIDIA API key for minutes, cleanup and chat. A Groq key also works for transcription. This doesn't use Reki AI credits; API usage is billed by each provider.
- How long can I record on the Free plan?
- Each recording can run up to 70 minutes. We notify you 5 minutes before the limit and stop recording at 70 minutes. The recording so far is transcribed and summarized as usual. Paid plans have no time limit.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Cloud transcription and Reki AI usage pause until your monthly credits refresh. You can keep using any bonus credits you have. Local transcription remains available without credits. Choose Pro Cloud or Pro Fulltime if you need more cloud usage.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the app settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Not yet — monthly only for now. An annual plan is coming soon.
