Manage your Reki note plan and account under Settings > Plan and account. This page covers checking usage, managing billing, and deleting your account.

Check your plan and usage

See your current plan and this month’s cloud transcription and AI credit usage.

Local transcription and AI minutes are available on every plan. The difference is the cloud transcription allowance and AI credits.

Allowances reset monthly. The reset date is shown on the plan screen.

Free and paid plans

On the Free plan, each recording can run up to 70 minutes. We notify you 5 minutes before the limit and stop recording at 70 minutes. The recording so far is transcribed and summarized as usual.

Paid plans also include:

• Recording meetings longer than 70 minutes
• Saving minutes as md files (Save minutes as Markdown)
• Reading original transcripts and detailed work logs over MCP or CLI, with no history time limit

You can use your own API key (BYOK) on the Free plan too. See the pricing page for each plan’s AI credits and price.

Upgrade and manage billing

Upgrade to a higher plan from the plan screen. Billing can be monthly or annual.

Change your payment method or cancel from “Manage payment and cancellation”. After cancelling, you keep your current plan until the next renewal date.

1. Open Settings > Plan and account.
2. To upgrade, choose a plan and complete payment.
3. Change your payment method or cancel from “Manage payment and cancellation”.

Email notifications

Separately turn on or off the email for when your free plan’s transcription allowance resets each month, and the product updates email.

Changing notification email settings requires signing in.

Delete your account

Deleting your account means you can no longer sign in with it. Signing in again with the same email address creates a new account.

All data saved to this account is deleted: recordings, transcripts, minutes, people, tasks, and more. Deleted data cannot be restored, and the action cannot be undone.
